Serpq provides high-performance API access to search engine result page data. We facilitate the retrieval of structured data from public search engines. The specific features, throughput limits, and capabilities of the services are determined by your chosen subscription tier.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our service, and any service or material we provide on serpq.com, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the service is unavailable at any time or for any period.

3. User Account Security

To access the Serpq dashboard and API keys, you may be required to register for an account. You agree that all information you provide to register with serpq.com is accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your API keys. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your username or password or any other breach of security.

4. Payments and Fee Structure

Service fees are charged on a subscription basis (monthly or annually). All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. By providing a payment method, you authorize Serpq to charge all fees incurred through your account.

5. Prohibited Use Policy

You may use Serpq services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the services:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent.
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Serpq, a Serpq employee, or any other user or entity.
• To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the service.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Search Engine Result Page Query and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Serpq.

7. Termination Protocol

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not to a breach of the Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Search Engine Result Page Query, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Serpq operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
